Best Property Management
Best Property Management is a locally owned, boutique style property management company. We have built efficient property management systems that allow us the time to give our residents the same personal touch our own tenants have enjoyed for the last 25+ years. We know satisfied tenants stay longer, care for the property better and make property owners happier. Like we say, “Rent Right. Smile Bright!”
The owners of BPM are Real Estate Brokers and have worked in the Des Moines real estate industry as far back as 1995. Our Lead Property Manager, Jill Sarcone has managed as many as 1000 properties at a time. Jill knows how to create great relationships with our Residents and Owners and has the experience to handle situations when things don't go quite as planned.

Jill has been a licensed Realtor® since 2004 and has owned and operated Bassman Real Estate since 2014. She has extensive experience in owning and managing rental properties. She has owned over 400 units and understands what it takes to effectively and efficiently manage a property for both the landlord and the tenant. Her experience in construction management brings added value when dealing with maintenance and remodeling issues. She is well versed in tenant/landlord law.
